A Family-Owned Team Committed to Quality Exterior Improvements

Headquartered in Severna Park, we serve homeowners and commercial property owners throughout Anne Arundel County, Baltimore, the surrounding counties, and communities across Maryland and Washington, D.C. More than 25 years in the industry and over 500 completed projects stand behind our roofing, siding, window, door, and gutter work — improvements that strengthen weather protection, lower energy costs, and add lasting value to a property.

The People Behind the Work

Great Oak Roofing was founded by Ben Pascal with a simple goal: give homeowners a better experience when investing in their homes. Too often, property owners are left sorting through unclear recommendations, inconsistent communication, and workmanship that falls short of what they were promised. Ben built the company around a different approach — transparency, accountability, and treating every home with the same care he would expect for his own family.

As a family-owned and operated exterior remodeling company, we believe relationships matter. We take the time to understand what you're trying to accomplish, explain the options honestly, and recommend solutions based on your property's actual condition rather than whatever is easiest to sell. From a single repair to a full exterior replacement, the standard doesn't change.

Our certifications with leading manufacturers — including GAF, CertainTeed, ProVia, Marvin Windows, and James Hardie — reflect a commitment to proper installation practices and ongoing training. Manufacturer certification also matters for your warranty: some coverage is only available when a certified contractor performs the work.



Alongside those credentials, we hold MHIC License #1521101, carry full insurance for residential and commercial projects, and maintain an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
